The Nylon series of composite plastic modified products we manufacture include: impact resistance, high toughness, high cold resistance, long-term heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance, wear resistance, fibre-reinforced physical and mechanical properties, fire retardant, surface modification (moulded parts are not floating fibre), Non-flow pattern and special functions), Nylon + ABS various glue \u2026 and other specifications, and can develop customized formula materials according to customer product characteristics to fully satisfy customers, various product designs and optimized plastic selection planning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nylon composite material series mainly consists of nylon 6 (PA6) and nylon 66 (PA66). High-performance nylon (High-Performance PA) is changing day by day, but the rising star of a new generation of materials includes: high-strength and high-hardness specifications of moulded parts that will not become soft after a period of moisture absorption (replaces metals and thermosetting BMC, SMC and other materials) ) Injection moulding of different materials, thin-walled moulded parts, low warpage and low deformation, low moisture absorption, high dimensional stability, high strength and hardness, high strength and toughness.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
