Sunwell Materials Technology Co. Ltd., which has specialized in the manufacturing polymer-based composite materials, or so-called modified plastic, which are used among various fields, including household use, industrial use, sport, health, medical, electronic, transportation, office, and furniture. According to clients’ needs, our team can improve and adjust characteristics of base polymer to achieve the standards of processing and performance. As a manufacturer of composite plastic material, we possess more than 20-year experience until now, and our clients are all over the world.
Located in Chia-Yi, Taiwan, the factory’ area are approximate 64000 square feet, with production equipment such as loss-in-weight feeder (made in German), single screw extruder, segmented co-rotating twin-screw extruder, and strand pelletizer; all production lines are all under computer control.
Advanced and automatic production not only dramatically smoothen the processing, enhance efficiency, but also improve the working environment for all employees. In this way, we can offer high-quality products and services.
Our lab is equipped with professional instruments. Moreover, with 10-year experience of plant manager in Formosa Plastics Corporation, our general manager keeps making the industry-academia-government cooperation as our developing foundation. Meanwhile, we always up-grade our profession and link up with the global market to meet the new needs of clients for plastic materials.
